Aluminum profiles in the MADERATO® finish are manufactured using a patented European technological innovation, which allows for unique results in terms of durability and aesthetics. Ideal in pergolas, creepers, doors, windows, office divisions, lying, ceilings and others.

processes

The process to give the MADERATO finish to aluminum profiles consists of five stages. First, the profiles are subjected to a pretreatment that removes impurities and creates a film that guarantees adhesion of the coating. Next, the profiles are electrostatically painted with the base coating and then partially cured in the oven. Decorative beta is then applied to profiles with the second coating generally darker than the first. Finally, the profiles are cured in a special oven where the two coatings polymerize and form a single one with the base of one color and the decoration of another.

Results

Finishes

The flexibility of our process to give the "wood style" finish to aluminum profiles allows unlimited combinations of colors, textures and types of wood. Currently, we manufacture the MADERATO Walnut and MADERATO Oak finishes, being able to manufacture any other finish on special request.
